1. Educational purpose

DrMCQ provides medical and dental multiple-choice question practice for study and exam preparation. It is not a clinical decision-support system and does not replace medical textbooks, official curriculum documents, qualified instruction, or professional medical advice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private and for activity performed through your account. Provide accurate account information and do not attempt to access another student's records or administrative functions.

3. Question banks and content

Question banks may contain original, licensed, user-submitted or otherwise permitted educational content. Users who upload content must have the right to publish it and must not knowingly upload content that infringes another party's rights. DrMCQ may unpublish or remove content when necessary.

4. Exams and saved progress

Exam scores are calculated from the answer key stored with each question. Errors or ambiguities in an uploaded question or answer key may affect the score. Saved results are linked to the account that submitted the exam, and question review can become unavailable if a referenced question bank is deleted or changed.

5. AI-generated explanations

The “Ask ChatGPT” feature provides brief, automatically generated learning support after an exam has been submitted. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. Always verify important medical facts against reliable textbooks, official guidance and qualified instructors. Do not use AI explanations to diagnose, treat or make decisions about patients.

6. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to bypass account or usage limits, interfere with the site, or use the platform to upload unlawful or harmful content. Availability, question content and features may change as the platform develops.

7. Service limitations

DrMCQ is provided for educational use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided without a guarantee that all content is error-free or continuously available. These terms do not remove any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as features change. Continued use after an updated version is published means you are using the service under the current terms, subject to applicable law.
